Your Order
Orders are fulfilled by ThinkBigUSA and are shipped via the US Postal Service. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive. In most cases, it will go out a day or two after you place your order. International orders will obviously take longer to arrive, but we still ship them out as soon as we can.
If you do not receive your order after 3 weeks, please contact us. Include your receipt information, the date you ordered and your name.
Downloads - mp3
mp3 downloads are handled by SNOcap. Please follow all on screen instructions. Contact SNOcap for help if you experience ordering difficulty. We do NOT do customer service for songs purchased through SNOcap or iTunes.
Downloads - Video
Video downloads will be available after payment. Please DO NOT close your browser window - you will be directed to a download page after payment is processed. It may take up to 2-3 minutes for your download to become available.
If you are not redirected to the download page, please click here to get your downloads. You MUST use the email address that you entered into Paypal when ordering. It must be EXACT.
Privacy
If collected we will NEVER give your email address or personal information to any other company or organization. It is used for ordering or internal marketing only.
Mailing List
When you order from therightbrothers.com (TRB Store) your email address may be automatically subscribed to The Right Brothers Mailing List. At any point you can unsubscribe from this list by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email. You'll be immediately unsubscribed until you place another order, at which point you will be resubscribed. Don't worry - we don't send out a lot of emails - maybe 4 or 5 a year. We just keep you updated on new songs, free downloads, specials, and other fun stuff like that.
By subscribing to the mailing list or ordering online you confirm that you are of 13 years of age or older. All other purchases or subscriptions must have parental approval.
