Your Order
Orders are shipped via the US Postal Service. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive. We ship twice a week. International orders will obviously take longer to arrive, but we still ship them out as soon as we can.
If you do not receive your order after 3 weeks, please contact us at info@therightbrothers.com. Include your receipt information, the date you ordered and your name.
Downloads - mp3
mp3 downloads are handled by SNOcap. Please follow all on screen instructions. Contact SNOcap for help if you experience ordering difficulty. We do NOT do customer service for songs purchased through SNOcap or iTunes.
Downloads - Video
Video downloads will be available after payment. Please DO NOT close your browser window - you will be directed to a download page after payment is processed. It may take up to 2-3 minutes for your download to become available.
If you are not redirected to the download page, please click here to get your downloads. You MUST use the email address that you entered into Paypal when ordering. It must be EXACT.
Privacy
If collected we will NEVER give your email address or personal information to any other company or organization. It is used for ordering or internal marketing only.
